Men and Cancer

Specific cancer men should be aware of and understand their risks.

American Cancer Society suggests that all men get a cancer-related checkup as part of their general health visits after age 20. Depending on your age, this should include health counseling and tests for cancers of the skin, thyroid, mouth and lymph nodes, as well as the specific cancers listed below:

Colorectal Cancer

Lung Cancer

Skin Cancer - Melanoma Cancer

Skin Cancer - Nonmelanoma

Prostate Cancer

Some other cancers men should be aware of:

Bladder Cancer

Testicular Cancer
